| 摘 要： | 税费改革后,农村基础教育经费筹措渠道的减少使得本来就投入不足的农村基础教育面临更为严峻的形势。如何保证农村基础教育公共产品的提供,不仅关系到农村基础教育的稳定和发展,而且也直接影响着税费改革能否顺利进行。本文通过对农村基础教育公共产品的提供进行理论分析,并对税费改革后政府和市场在农村教育供给路径进行界定。

| Abstract: | After the Reform of Tax and Fee,the reducing of fundraising channels of countryside fundamental education makes the lack investment countryside fundamental education face more serious situation.The problem that how to secure the supply of public products of countryside fundamental education,not only affects the stability and developing of countryside fundamental education,but also affects the successful carrying through of the Tax and Fee Reform,This article makes theoretical analysis to the supply of public products of countryside fundamental education,and circumscribes the path that the government and market supply the public products to the countryside fundamental education. |
