Strengthening student Party building is an important part of Party building work in universities. In terms of system construction, student Party building in state-owned-but-citizen-managed secondary colleges is composed of the following three aspects. First, organization innovation should be carried out so as to have a work pattern of collaboration between the Party, the political organization and the Communist Youth League. Second, mechanism innovation helps to construct a progressive educational cultivation system with the cooperation of the Party and the Communist Youth League. Third, activity innovation should be based on campus cultural activities.
