| 摘 要： | 教师作为教育中的首要资源,其充分利用和合理配置的机制与模式,特别是教师劳动报酬的机制与模式,不仅深受政治、文化体制的影响,更受劳动价值规律、市场经济规律的影响。尤其是在我国经济体制大变革时期,更要研究如何为教师人力资本“定好价”,建立和完善与社会主义市场经济体制相适应、与劳动工资体制和教育发展相适应的教师人力资本市场,规范和完善高效合理的教师人才市场的形成与运行。
