| 摘 要： | 课程是任何教育过程的重要组成部分。教师参与课程发展已是世界课程改革发展的趋势。技术本科教育人才培养的特性,决定了其在培养目标、培养模式和课程建设上的独特要求。上海电机学院升本后,明确提出"技术立校、应用为本"的办学指导方针,成为学校文化的引领,主导着课程文化的构建。技术本科的办学理念日益成为提高学校课程发展的主动力,推动着教师课程能力的提升。
