| 摘 要： | 席卷全球的金融危机已经对我国的就业形势形成了严重的冲击,本文就是在深入调查了解当前形势下高校毕业生的就业意向、心理影响和综合就业情况后,对调查得到的数据进行分析整理、统计推断,最终在就业指导和服务、毕业生基层就业、职业生涯规划、创业、网络资源的开发和利用等方面做出对策性的思考。
