| Abstract: | The paper discusses the five measures about strengthening digital library,they include reinforcing digital information resource construction;making a plan of the construction of digital library and implementing information resource joint building and sharing;reinforcing intellectual property protection,attaching importance to network safety;strengthening the research and development of related technology,optimizing network environment,and also improving the qualities of professional technician. |
