摘    要:专家型教师成长是目前国内教学研究的一个热点问题。1.职业的奖赏与回报是专家型幼儿教师成长的动力;2.专业知识和教学技能是专家型幼儿教师成长的内涵;3.教学反思和新手训练是专家型幼儿教师成长的主要途径;4.适应挑战、个人能力是专家型幼儿教师成长的条件。

Abstract:The growth of specialist preschool teachers(SPTs) is a focus of domestic teaching research at present.First,it is argued that professional reward is the drive for the growth of SPTs.Second,professional knowledge and teaching skills are the content of SPTs.Third,teaching reflections and training are the major approaches to SPTs.Fourth,adapting to challenge and personal ability are the conditions for the growth of SPTs.
