| Abstract: | This text compares the change rate of the expenditure of the public library with GDP, draws a conclusion that the public librarianship and national economy show a tendency to develop in coor- dination,structure idea,space-time and planning etc.in coordination with the foundation;resource, technology and organizing etc.are in coordination with the frame;business,group,personnel etc.in coordination with the implementation.Some strategical measures are proposed. |
