大学生评价教师工作绩效的维度分析

摘    要:在广东、山东、贵州三省选取多所高校,采取学生评价教师工作绩效的方式探讨教师工作绩效的结构,分析其维度构成。结果显示:一级指标划分为教学奉献、人际发展行为、辅助教学效能、讨论、适应性、管理课堂六维较合理;二级指标划分为两维,即任务绩效和关系绩效;进行教师工作绩效评价时,不五以教师性别、民族、年龄和职称为标准。

Abstract:Some universities were selected in Guangdong, Shandong and Guizhou province, teachers' work performance was appraised, Dimensionality of the performance was discussed. It turned out that there were six dimensionality in the first class of index, it includes teaching dedication, human communication development behavior, assistant teaching behavior, discussion, adaptability, class management, there are two dimensionality in the second class of index, it includes task performance and relationship performance, sex, nationality and age etc can not be the criterion when teachers' work performance was appraised.
