| 摘 要： | 当代大学生择业心态可归为4种：自信型、矛盾型、从众型、悲观型，任何一种类型都不同程度地存在着择业心理障碍，为此，高校应加强思想政治教育和心理素质教育，提高毕业生择业心理健康水平。

| Abstract: | The attitudes of contemporary college students towards choosirg careers may fall into four groups:confident,contradictory,indifferent and pessimistic.Any kind of these attitudes,to some extent,results from mentalobstacles of choosing a career.For this reason,colleges should give prominence to the education of psychology diathesis and improve the level of their graduate's mental health. |
