| 摘 要： | 网络技术对传统的版权法提出了严峻的挑战，版权立法必须对此做出回应，以构建新的适应网络环境的版权利益平衡体系。文章梳理了我国现行的网络版权立法，指出了取得的成绩及存在的不足，提出了完善我国网络版权立法的指导思想、基本思路及具体制度设计建议。

| Abstract: | Network technology challenges the traditional copyright law severely,so copyright legislation must respond,in order to build a new balanced system of copyright interests which can adapt to the network environment.The paper reviews the present network copyright legislation,and points out the achievements and shortcomings;in addition,it also puts forward the guiding principle,the basic idea and the specific system design of improving copyright legislation of China. |
