| 摘 要： | 在高职院校推行岗位设置管理制度,是推进高职院校人事管理制度的重大改革,也是当前高职院校面临的一项重大、紧迫而又复杂的任务.通过探讨高职院校实施岗位设置管理工作的重要意义,基本原则,岗位设置工作中的重点、难点问题,提出高职院校实施岗位设置管理工作的思路与对策.
