美国数字化时代幼儿教育变革展望

摘    要:2011年11月,美国芝麻街工作室琼·甘兹·库尼中心和斯坦福大学联合发布政策建议报告,提议整合数字媒体应用,以有效改善幼儿教育质量,这预示着美国数字化时代幼儿教育变革拉开了帷幕。在数字化已经成为主要特征之一的时代,个体的学习与生活方式也受到影响。教育改革的实践必须考虑到这一改变,发挥数字化技术在教育改善方面的重要作用,从而推动教育改革创新,有效改善教育教学质量,培养个体具有21世纪技能,不断提高国家国际竞争力。

Abstract:In November 2011,the Cooney Center,cooperating with the Stanford Educational Leadership Institute,published a plan of action to advance the use of effective digital media in early childhood education and to improve its quality.This indicates that the U.S. will reform early childhood education to adapt to the digital age.Digital technology has become one of the main features of the era,and the individual’s learning and life are also transformed.Education reform should emphasize the significant roles digital technologies can play in building human capital,stimulating innovation and develop 21st century skills in order to continuously improve the country’s international competitiveness.
