通过实验，比较最大气泡法测定乙醇溶液实验中体积分数法和称重质量分数法配制标准溶液的优劣，分析套管外循环水恒温实验和支管烧瓶直接恒温实验的差别，并找寻本实验浓度适用范围．结果表明：称量法配制标准液比体积分数法好；测定管直接恒温比外循环恒温效果好，低浓度范围精确性更高．
