摘    要:企业竞争力是指企业所具有的能够持续地比其他企业更有效地向市场提供产品或服务并获得赢利和自身发展的综合素质.常熟中小企业在竞争力方面与先进地区和周边县市相比还存在着不小差距.提升常熟中小企业竞争力关键是转变竞争策略,即从成本竞争力向环境竞争力转变;从单一竞争力向集群竞争力转变;从资源竞争力向能力竞争力转变.

Abstract:Enterprise competibility is the comprehensive quality that enables enterprises to sustainably provide product and service more effectively than others. The competitiveness of small and medium enterprises of Changshu is limited compared with that of advanced areas and nearby cities.The key to its improvement to adjust competition tactics:namely,shifting its emphasis from cost competitiveness to environment competitiveness, from unitary competitiveness to assembly competitiveness and from resource competitiveness to ability competitiveness.
