| 摘 要： | 社会运动需要动力与秩序。管理既可产生间接动力，又可营造良好秩序。充分发挥权力性与非权力性影响力有利于解决社会与组织良性运行的动力与秩序问题，并直接关涉管理的效能、管理过程的和谐和新的管理理念的产生。

| Abstract: | Motivation and social order are needed to keep the society functioning.Management can bring about indirect motivation,and maintain good social order as well.Giving full play to power and non-power influence can help solve the motivation and the social order problems and is of vital importance to efficient management,successful coordination and formation of new managerial ideas. |
