| Abstract: | Beginning with the concept of risk,the paper systemically analyzes the relevant regulations of risk assumption on Purchase and Sale Contract in UNITED NATIONS CONVETION ON CONTRACTS FOR THE INTERNATIONAL SALE OF GOODS and in different countries by the means of comparative research,and accordingly comes to the conclusion that CONTRACT LAW OF THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA is in line with the international trends,so it is a successful legislation. |
