| 摘 要： | 党的十七大报告提出"科教兴国"战略。"师德"是"科教"的灵魂。在教育产业化的今天,学风日渐浮躁,学术腐败严重,师德建设刻不容缓。中国古代儒家思想如同一剂温和的良药,对当今高校教师高尚学术道德的培养、人格魅力的塑造、岗位敬业精神的追求等具有现实的借鉴作用。

| Abstract: | The 17th National Congress of the CPC put forward the policy of "relying on science and education to rejuvenate the nation "."Teachers' professional ethics " is the soul of "science and education".Nowadays, education has been industrialized.Academic atmosphere is gradually becoming flighty and rash,academic corruption severe.The construction of teachers' professional ethics is becoming pressing.Like a dose of mild good medicine,the Chinese Confucian thoughts can play a practical role in cultivating the noble learning morality of university teachers,molding their personality charm and professional dedication. |
