| 摘 要： | 职业教育是与社会经济联系甚为紧密的教育形式,应大力发展职业技术教育,培养大量的技术创新人才,才能适应我国社会主义初级阶段经济发展的任务。我们感受到世界科技革命蓬勃兴起,经济全球化趋势日益增强,国际竞争空前激烈。我们通常说科学技术是第一生产力,但科学与技术最终必然要通过企业这个环节转变为现实生产力,最后形成产品。科学和技术最终产生产品的具体实施者是技术工人。所以当代培养技术工人是当务之急,要培养技术工人必须发展职业技术教育。职业教育特别是中等职业教育的新发展,对于我国国民整体素质的提高和人力资源的充分开发,对于加快我国社会主义现代化建设,实现全面建设小康社会的宏伟目标具有重要的现实意义和深远的历史意义。

| Abstract: | Vocational education is closely related to economic development,and therefore should be developed fully.A lot of technological innovative talents should be trained to meet the need of socialist economic deveopment.The development of vocational education,especially the medium-sized schools,plays an important role in fully utilizing human resources,quickening the construction of scialist modernization,and achieving the aim of buiding a well-off society. |
