| Abstract: | An active infonnation communication is an essential basis in an effective knowledge creation. The article points out the role and function of infonnation communication in knowledge-creating activities and discusses the obstacles of natural languages, information explosion and scattering distribution and infonnation technology, as well as provides solutions to overcome them. |
