| 摘 要： | 唐山市是我国温室气体排放大市之一,产业园区是构建低碳唐山的重要环节.唐山产业园区存在能耗过大、低碳发展模式不明确、低碳功能单一等不足.唐山市产业园区低碳经济发展方向应重视低碳科技、打造低碳产业链条、强化低碳技术应用示范.

| Abstract: | Tangshan is a major city of greenhouse gas emission in China.The industrial park is an important part of building a low carbon Tangshan.There are many inadequate in Tangshan industrial park,including that energy consumption is very large,and low carbon model is not clear,low-carbon single function.Development Goals of low-carbon economy in Tangshan industrial park should emphasize on low-carbon technology,creating low-carbon industry chain,enhanceing low-carbon technology demonstration.It is recommended that low-carbon economic development strategies and safeguards be carrede out in Tangshan industrial park. |
