| 摘 要： | 司法腐败是妨碍司法公正的最严重因素，其表现形式多种多样。司法腐败属于权力腐败，其成因是多方面的，既有来自制度本身的原因，也有来源于化、经济等方面的原因，因此，预防和控制司法腐败需要采取多种对策，进行综合治理。

| Abstract: | Justice depravity is the serious factor of impeding justice impartiality and shows varied forms The justice depravity pertains to the power depravity and its cause of formation is allround.It has both the reasons the system itself and coming from the civiliation,economic and other sides.Therefore preventing and dominating the justice depravity needs to take multiform countermeasures and synthetically harness. |
