| 摘 要： | 体育运动责任保险是指以被保险人对第三者依法应负的民事赔偿责任为保险标的的保险。体育运动责任保险属财产保险业务范围, 其承保的标的是一种无形的民事损害赔偿责任。通过体育运动责任保险来规避或转嫁相关民事赔偿责任风险, 这是建立体育运动责任保险关系的前提条件。对体育产品责任保险、体育公众责任保险、职业体育责任保险和运动员人身保险的内容、责任、责任免除、保险期限、赔偿限额等方面进行了论述。

| Abstract: | Liability insurance in sports is indicated such insurance of amends that insurant has the civil compensating responsibility to the third. Liability insurance in sports belongs to property insurance area and the amends is a kind of civil compensating responsibility. The established liability insurance in sports can avoid and evade a lot of related risk coming from sports products, mass sports and professional sports as well as athletes. The author of this paper try to analysis the basic content, liability, liability forgiving and insurance time limit as well as the limitation of amends. |
