基于案例的经验知识管理探索

伴随着知识的积累和对知识重要性的认识,促使人们寻找更加有效的途径来对现存的知识进行管理,特别是对人们在解决日常问题时所积累的经验——经验性知识的管理。文章主要介绍使用案例来对经验性知识进行管理,会从经验性知识的重要性,案例知识的性质及其特征,如何使用案例知识来管理经验性知识以及案例知识在解决问题过程中的作用等方面来阐述基于案例的知识管理。

Case-based Knowledge Management and Its Strategy

With the accumulation of knowledge and the aware of the importance of knowledge,so encourage people to find more effective ways to manage existing knowledge.Especially to manage the experiential knowledge(the accumulated experience in solving everyday problems).This paper describes that use cases to manage knowledge,will contains the importance of experiential knowledge,the nature and characteristics of the case knowledge,how to use the case knowledge to manage experiential knowledge and the effect of case knowledge in problem-solving process and so on to elaborate the case-based knowledge management.
