| 摘 要： | 司马相如与扬雄是西汉著名的辞赋家，他们的创作都以《楚辞》为祖式之模范。然则赋的铺陈在于语词的运用，名物的搜罗，从司马相如与扬雄赋祖速《楚辞》语词可探，相如赋以流动灵活见长，而子云以古雅深沉胜出。对其语词祖述现象进行类考并分析其祖述之异及原因，得出二者作为文人与学者在西汉盛衰两极、不同时代、不同境遇、不同的学识修养下对社会生活有着不同的关照感悟。
