| Abstract: | In the Flight Services Specialty, the charm of the personality of the teachers has a potential influence on their students.It may play a key role in froming the students＇ personality and character as well as improv- ing their overall performance.This paper analyzes the present situation of the geowth of the faculty of the Flight Services Specialty, and suggests possible ways of how to build the charm of personality. |
