政府在提高农产品贸易竞争力中的作用

本文探讨了政府在提升农产品国际贸易竞争力过程中的作用,认为政府行为对农产品国际贸易竞争力的提高有着深远的影响。同时,提出“入世”后政府应在以下方面做好工作:全方位用好“绿箱”支持政策,改革农产品贸易体制,加强应对技术性贸易壁垒策略的运用,熟悉WTO贸易规则,建立农产品生产预测预警体系和防范经营风险体系,以促进农产品国际贸易竞争力的提高。

Study on the role of government in promoting the competitiveness of international trade

In this article,the author studied the role of government in promoting the competitiveness,because we believe the government action would have great influence in promoting the competitiveness of our agricultural products,at the same time make suggestion on government to do the following work: make full use of support policy of agriculture "green box",reform the trade system of agriculture products,strengthen the tactics of answering technical barriers,acquaint with the WTO trade rule,build up the early-warning system and risk guarding system on agricultural production to promote the international competitiveness of Chinese agriculture products.
