| 摘 要： | 本文就目前我国高校教师管理存在行政化倾向严重、教师资源配置不当、人才流失严重等问题进行了分析,并提出高校在教师管理中转变管理观念、推行人本管理、完善引进机制、健全激励机制等有效措施,为高校教师管理的科学化、柔性化提供理论参考.
