| 摘 要： | 结合当前合作研发以及知识产权的已有研究成果，对合作研发中知识产权风险的概念进行界定，提出了知识产权风险分类的三个维度，并对合作研发不同阶段中的知识产权风险种类及其表现进行了阐述．本文的结论可以作为对合作研发知识产权风险进行系统研究的基础．

| Abstract: | Cooperative R&D has becoming a widely acknowledged important innovation strategy recently,while little systematic attention is given to Intellectual Property(IP) risk in cooperative R&D up to now.Based on existing studies about cooperative R&D and IP,it gives a definition of Intellectual Property Risk(IPR),offers three methods by which IP risk is categorized,and then expatiates the forms of IPR in each cooperation stage.The conclusions of this study can offer a base for future systematic research about IPR in cooperative R&D. |
