| Abstract: | The ob gene,the result of expression of ob gene-lepti n, the structure of leptin,the factor of the human leptin degree and the function a nd mechanism of leptin were summarized in this paper.The effect of exercise towa rd the leptin level and exercise and leptin level were mainly discussed and the expectation of the future were brought forward in this paper. |
