| 摘 要： | 政企关系的复杂性是由于中国社会在转型时期的特殊性所决定的,“熟人社会”、计划经济、城乡二元结构等决定了中国企业的市场化道路是一个渐进的过程。文章指出了强势政府与“潜规则”存在的原因,以及其如何才能走出困局的路径。

| Abstract: | Complicated relationship between enterprises and government is determined by the current social transformation.The previous planning economy and rural-urban dual structure lead to a gradual marketization of Chinese enterprises.This paper discusses the causes for authority of the government and existence of potential restrictions.It also provides some solutions to the problems. |
