摘    要:汽车发动机加氢与富氧燃烧是当今节能行业研究的热点问题。通过热力学计算和对发动机排气系统改造,设计了一个化学反应系统,采集排气的高温热能,用于硫碘循环热化学水解制氢。使制取的氢气和氧气反馈到内燃机燃烧,其热效率达到43.5%,直接降低发动机油耗6.6%以上。

Abstract:Hydrogen and oxygen enriched combust in car engine is a hot industry,issue in today’s.Based on thermodynamic calculation and reconstruction of the engine exhaust system,this paper designs a chemical reaction system to collect the high temperature exhaust heat for the hydrogen generation by thermo-chemical hydrolysis.Thus it makes the hydrogen and oxygen be back to the car engine to achieve the goal of energy saving and emission reduction.The thermal efficiency reaches 43.5 %,reduces engine fuel consumption of more than 6.6 %.
