| 摘 要： | 根据织金县初中生物教师进行抽样问卷调查的结果,经过系统的分析,目前初中生物教师主要存在着总体素质偏低、队伍稳定性差、多数教师学历不合格、专业不对口等问题.面对现实,应在教师队伍结构的改善、观念的转变、教师的待遇、学习培训等方面加以思考,从而使目前存在的问题得到很好的解决.

| Abstract: | By analyzing systematically the questionnaire survey to the sampled junior biology teachers from Zhijin county, this paper presents some problems now existing among these teachers And based on the reality, it provides some corresponding solutions to the promotion of the teachers' structure and the improvement of teachers' all round quality and so on. |
