高校伙食基本功能与时代特征简析

摘    要:高校伙食不同于一般的社会餐饮业,有其自身的职能。高校食堂为非营利组织,其产品为准公共产品,具有自身特征。从社会职能、产业特点、经营管理服务等角度对高校伙食特征进行分析,探索高校伙食管理模式。高校伙食办好,有利于师生身体健康和生命安全,有利于高校和后勤科学发展,有利于高校和社会和谐稳定。

Abstract:Different from the general social catering industry,the board in colleges and universities represents a nonprofit organization with its own functions and characteristics. The article analyzes characteristics of the board in colleges and universities from the perspectives of social function,industrial characteristics and management services in an effort to explore management models for the board in colleges and universities. The good manage- ment of the board in colleges and universities makes for the health and safety of the faculty and students, promotion of scientific development of the university logistics as well as social harmony and stability in universities and society.
