| 摘 要： | 我国物流业发展迅速,但物流相关法律法规不健全,尤其是在市场准入法律制度上存在法律效力层级较低、法律法规规定较为混乱、物流市场准入条件宽严不齐、对物流企业监管力度不够等问题,导致物流市场混乱、不规范,完善物流市场准入法律制度,提高物流市场准入立法层次、统一物流市场准入法律制度、完善物流市场准入条件规定、加强物流市场监管力度,对促进我国物流市场规范、有序发展起到至关重要的作用。
