民办学前教育现状的分析与建议

民办学前教育的可持续发展紧系天津经济社会发展需要,特别是民办幼儿园的生存与发展需要政府资加大金投入和管理,民办幼儿园的质量提升需要规范和督导,要使天津市学前教育健康、均衡发展,就必须合理配置学前教育资源的需要,保障儿童优先、促进社会公平,健全管理、加强督导和科学评估,依法落实各项扶持措施,是服务型政府执政为民的具体体现。

Analysis and Suggestions on Current Situation of Private Preschool Education

Sustainable development of private preschool education ties closely to economic and so- cial development of Tianjin. In particular, the survival and development of private kindergartens need government to increase funding and management. Regulations and supervisions are needed to improve the quality of private kindergartens. To make healthy and balanced development of preschool education in Tianjin, preschool resources must be rationally allocated. Insuring child first, enhancing social equi- ty, improving management, strengthening supervision and scientific assessments and implementing sup- portive measures according to laws are concrete performance of a service - oriented government gover- ning for the people.
