论建安士人心灵重负的类型特征及其超脱方式——建安时期诗歌创作时代风格形成研究之二

对社会现状的深切忧虑及强烈的功业意识，对生命短促、死亡必至的清醒认识而导致的焦虑紧张，以及个体生命自然的精神需求与不能满足之间的矛盾，构成建安士人心灵上的沉重负荷；而积极参与社会生活以体现个体价值、怡情悦性的宴饮游乐及对虚幻的神仙境界的着意创设，则是主体寻求超脱重负的主要方式。此种心态与行为模式使得建安诗风呈现为内在的慷慨悲凉与外在的华丽富赡并存的时代特色。

The deep worries about society and s trong seriousness on achievements,the nervous of short life and death,and contra dictions between needs and reality compose Jian-an scholars' heavy burden on th eir spirits.Working hard to embody one's own worth,taking part in recreational a ctivities,and creating immortal state are Jian-an scholars' major ways of extri cation of burden.This kind of mind and behavior construct the feature of poems o f Jian-an period.
