广州利用外资的时空特征及其地区差异分析

全球化及其中的重要影响要素外资是当今学者研究的热点之一.20世纪80年代以来,信息革命、知识经济的蓬勃发展与计算机的广泛应用加速了全球化的进程,促进了全球化的深化.城市作为全球地域的战略节点也是外资集聚的主要地点.分析其对外资产生的吸引力研究,可从微观的角度探讨城市经济的发展对吸引外资的影响.本文就改革开放以来,外资在广州分布的时空特征进行分析,用主成分分析方法找出了其中的主要动力因子,并对广州利用外资的地区差异性做了探讨.

Analysis on Temporal and Spatial Characteristics and Its Regional Difference in Utilizing the Foreign Investment in Guangzhou

Globalization and influential elements about foreign investment are one of the hottest points in the current research.Since the 1980s,the fast development of the information revolution and information economy,and the widespread application of the computer had sped up the process of the globalization,deepening its further advancement.While urban cities,as the strategic node of the global zones,are the main regions for the accumulations of foreign investment.The analysis on its attraction to the foreign investment is from a microcosmic perspective, and the study is on its influence on the foreign investment with the development of urban economy.This paper attempts to give an analysis on the temporal and spatial characteristics in utilizing the foreign investment in Guangzhou since the Open Policy,then the dynamic genes are found out by the Principle Component Analytical Method,and a further analysis is on the regional difference of Guangzhou's utilizing the foreign investment.
