| 摘 要： | 本以提高企业信息化建设成效为目的，在总结出了企业信息化建设三大特征（工程的过程性，内容的层次性和建设的阶段性）的基础上，提出了过程控制的概念，内容和相应的保障体系，最后从控制论角度介绍了被控对象和方法。

| Abstract: | In order to help the working effect on enterprise informatization, based on the analyzed three characters of enterprise informatization processing on engineering, hierarchy on content and staging on building, this paper put forward the concept, contents and corresponding guarantee system of process control. Finally, the controlled objects and methods were introduced with the cybernetics perspective. |
