| Abstract: | The establishment of the scientific idea of talents is a conclusion and generalization of the operation in choosing talents in our country. It is also a further understanding and a qualitative change of the consciousness of talents. It emphasizes that talents are among the first resources, which shows our Party's strategic control on the future development in our society; It emphasizes "four non- extremes", which shows that the idea in choosing talents is developing with the times. It emphasizes human- centered idea which shows the idea of talents of our Party. |
