| 摘 要： | 政府、学校与企业三方联动,是促进高职教育发展的最佳路径选择,但目前三方联动存在问题,不能有效促进高职教育发展。只有通过"立宪"转变政府职能、深化校企合作、培养与区域产业需求对接的质量型人才、打造"三高"师资队伍等途径,实现政府、学校与企业三方联动,才能有效促进高职教育的发展。

| Abstract: | The tripartite linkage among government, school and enterprise, is the best path to promote the development oi higher vocational education, but the current problems can not be effective in promoting the development of higher vocational education. Only through ＂constitutional＇transformation of government functions and deepening school-enterprise coopera tion, cultivating quality talents docking with regional industrial demand, and creating the ＂three high＇teachers can the devel opment of vocational education be effectively promoted. |
