| 摘 要： | 为了培养农科专业学生的创新意识、创新精神与创新能力,使学生擅长发现并解决农业科学技术产业化过程中的关键技术,塑造学生独立的创新精神和创业人格,本文从人才培养目标定位、专业特色体现、人才培养模式改革创新措施及其实施效果方面进行了初步探索,以满足经济社会转型时期对高素质农业创新人才的需求。

| Abstract: | In order to cultivate the innovation consciousness,spirit and ability of agricultural students,and make students good at discovering and solving the key technologies in the process of industrialization of agricultural science and technology,and shape students'independent innovation spirit and entrepreneurial personality,this paper made a preliminary exploration fromthe orientation of talent training,the reflection of professional characteristics,the reform and innovation measures of talent training mode and its implementation effects.The result will meet the demand for high-quality agricultural innovative talents during the economic and social transformation period. |
