习练简化太极拳对非体育专业女大学生力量素质影响的研究

摘    要:力量素质是身体素质的要素之一,保持一定水平的力量素质对青年女子的体质健康和自身防卫很重要。文章通过对非体育专业的女大学生习练简化太极拳进行研究,观察习练简化太极拳对青年女子力量素质的影响程度。研究结果显示:每周习练2-3次简化太极拳对青年女子的腿部和腰背部力量有一定的促进作用。

Abstract:Strength quality is one of the important elements in body quality, keeping some level of strength quality is very important for the health and self protection of young lady. The article researched through non-sports specialized female students practicing simple Taiji Quan, observed that practicing simple Taiji Quan had an effect on strength quality of young ladies. The result showed: simple Taiji Quan exercising 2-3 times in one week will certainly accelerate the leg strengths and waist and back strengths of young ladies.
