瑜伽训练对缓解女大学生心理压力的研究

摘    要:运用问卷调查法、文献资料法、实验法、数理统计等方法对我院2009级选修瑜伽的女大学生中随机抽取186名进行研究分析,结果显示:通过瑜伽练习可以有效缓解女大学生不同程度的心理压力,提高她们的心理健康水平.

Abstract:This paper used questionnaire,literature,experiments and mathematical statistics to make an analysis of 186 randomly selected female students in grade 2009 who took the selective yoga course in our department,and the results showed that: Yoga practice can effectively alleviate the female students' different levels of psychological stress,and improve their mental health.
