我国经济区域间资源配置总效应的制度因素分析

基于对我国经济在东、中西部地区间的资源配置总效应的测算及相关制度因素的量化分析,通过建立资源配置总效应及相关制度因素之间的误差修正模型,对二者之间的长期动态数量关系进行了考察。结果显示:除生产要素的市场化程度促进了区域间的资源配置总效应外,其他几个方面的制度变革均对地区间的资源配置总效应存在不同程度的负面影响。

Analysis of Institutional Factors of the Total Effects of Resource Allocation between Chinese Economic Areas

Based on measuring the total effects of Chinese economy resource allocation in the East and Midwest areas and quantitative analysis of relevant institutional factors,this paper analyzes the long-term dynamic quantitative relation between these areas by establishing error correction model of the total effects of resource allocation and the related effects.The result shows that,except that marketization degree of production factors promotes the total effects,all of the other aspects of institutional reform have negative impacts.
