| 摘 要： | 在对思想政治教育沟通的内涵、特征进行探讨的基础上,从个体和社会两个角度对思想政治教育沟通的功能进行了简要分析,指出思想政治教育沟通是指通过教育者与受教育者双方的对话与理解,以实现观念和规范的生成、迁移、内化与外化,从而不断实现境界提升的教育活动;思想政治教育沟通具有平等性、情感性、理解性、创造性、开放性等特征;思想政治教育沟通的个体功能主要表现为心理调适功能、潜力开发功能和人格塑造功能,社会功能主要有传承发展功能、疏导协调功能和社会整合功能.

| Abstract: | The connotation and character of the communication of ideological and political education were analyzed in the present study.Considering the two aspects of individual and society,we also analyze the function of the communication of ideological and political education.The main aims of the communication of ideological and political education are to advance the spirit of the teacher and student through discussions.The communication of ideological and political education has such characters as equality,sensibility,apprehend,creativity,and exoteric.The individual functions of the communication of ideological and political education are to adjust the mentality,excavate the potentials and shape the personality.The society functions are to transfer and develop the culture,lead and harmonize the relationship,and conform the society. |
