| 摘 要： | 法庭审判话语是在特定地点,按照特定的程序和规则,由具有不同目的的话语参与者主动或被动参加的,各自为达到一个符合自己目的和利益的结果,以互相说服为方式而进行的话语活动。了解法庭话语结构及其特点可以为法官更有效地审理案件提供一些启示及借鉴。

| Abstract: | Trial discourse in courtroom is the discourse activity at specific locations in accordance with specific procedures and rules for the results adapting to their own aims and interests achieved by the active and passive discourse participants with different purposes by means of mutual persuasion.Some inspirations and references can be provided for judges to hear a case effectively by understanding the discourse structure in courtroom and its characteristics. |
