| Abstract: | In practice, people often confuse the range of harm with the limits of harm indemnity, which leads to the power abuse. Regulations Regarding the Handling of Malpractice put into effect in September 1,2002 provide legal busis for the indemnity of malpractice. Limits of indemnity of medical harm is the core problem between doctor and patient,and one of the hot problems followed with interest by the whole sociely. |
