| 摘 要： | 完善的信息发布制度,有助于实现采办信息便捷、公平地传递,有助于保障采办工作规范有序地进行,有助于提高竞争性采办和"阳光采办"的水平.在对国外现行的采办信息发布制度进行分析研究的基础上,论证和探索国防采办信息发布制度建设的途径和规律,从而为完善我军采办信息发布制度提供一定的借鉴和参考.
