高速数控加工系统的研究

摘    要:高速数控加工正逐渐取代普通数控机床的加工,成为数控技术发展的方向。该文阐述了高速切削加工的概念及其特点,分析了高速数控加工对数控系统的基本要求。介绍了SKY2003N型网络高速数控系统的一些基本指标,比较了普通数控加工与高速数控加工的差别。该文所述的高速数控加工系统。对实际工作具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:High-speed NC processing has been taking the place of common NC processing and becoming the trend of modern NC technology.This paper sets forth the concept and features of high-speed cutting,as well as the basic requirements on high-speed NC system.This paper also introduces some major indexes of SKY2003N high-speed NC system,and compares common NC processing with high-speed NC processing.The high-speed NC processing system researched is to some extent meaningful to de facto work.
